let him know you have reported it and his parents are going to get notified.

Maybe a scare tactic will make him thing better.

Dont get setup in trap by this kid, he may get pissed and say you approached him first and tell parents and turn the tables on you.

I'm not sure you have to "do" anything.

You show up, drop off the shipment, smile, leave. Don't go inside or be alone with him. No problem.
 
Gotta agree with what others said here. Not really worth the trouble, take care.
 
just be professional---do not encourage it by using the "wait until your 18" line----just do your job and leave. You have far too much to lose in this situation---the least of which is your job.

Exactly.

Don't scare the kid, or you could scar him. Maybe he's coming on to you, or maybe he's just being goofy, but he's an early teenager and probably has no clue on lots of things.

Just ignore it, do your job, and walk away. Sooner, rather than later, he'll figure out he's not getting a response from you and, without reinforcement, the behavior will end.
 
I'm not sure your should ignore it...i think to protect yourself you should let your supervisor know or something. does UPS have some sort of reporting process in place in case these sorts of things come up? you don't want to scare the kid or scare him so reporting him to his parents or what not is not what i mean. i just mean to keep some sort of record of it so you are safe. i wouldn't say anything to him especially not "wait until your 18" or something along those lines.

Come on now. What's he going to tell his supervisor? A 13 year old boy is "coming on to him" or "flirting"? Do you not realize how many alarms that will set off for him to report it? Reports to file. Lawyers to get involved?

Would you report a lady coming to the door for packages naked?

You ignore it. Do your job. Use the utmost caution in dealing with this house, and forget about it.

Don't know why you have to keep delivering so many parcels to the same place but just keep it professional and never go past the front door.

You don't want to threaten him or call him out.
