Hey Guys. I am here today asking for help for my partner and me. I am ab 40 year old guy with a huge sex drive. He is 54 and has problems with his penis getting hard. I am mostly the bottom. His penis gets semi hard and goes down super fast even when I am sucking him. We have had the most incredible sex life for 4 years. It is very frustating for us. Does anyone have and sugestions that have been through the same thing?

Cialis is expensive but it lasts several days. Viagra or levitra less so. It will probably get him back into operation and not be a permanant need at his age. Try 1 pill. It may be enough.

Start with having him go to his doctor. There are some medical conditions like diabetes or hormone imbalances that need to be ruled out. They also need to take a look at his medications - some medications like blood pressure and heart medications can cause erection problems in men.

Once the physical causes have been eliminated, then it will clearer whether he might benefit from medications that help maintain erections.
 
There are some natural herbs that you can attempt to try and see if it's effective.

Horny Goat Weed, Beets, Tribulus Terresteris, Tongkat Ali, Maca, Suma, Catuaba, Muira Puma, Cordyceps Sinensis. Give a few of these a shot, the health food store should have these items if not all of them.
 
I had to go see a doctor about this same thing, ED and then to two different Urologist. All three of these medical experts told me the same thing. These OTC's will have an effect, based on each individual. Meaning; What works for one, may not work for another. Another factor, is desire, put simply, if you're too tired, or your having sex just because your partner want's it and you don't, chances are, some or none of the OTC's are going to be very effective. There are a lot of different things that can and will cause ED, go see a Urologist. I personally use Papaverine, prescribed by my Urologist, I still have ED, but no problem getting and maintaining an erection.
