In most situations where two adults have consented to have sex, everything is on the table. However, when we're talking about relatives, and particularly relatives where there is an age difference, there are consequences for the rest of the family. What you are proposing may cause permanent damage to your relationship with your family. And if there are issues with lack of consent, it may be illegal.

You don't say how old your nephew is. Hopefully we're discussing someone who's over 18. If not, then you absolutely have to walk away from something which would be an appalling misjudgment.
Even if he's over 18, any sexual relationship would be some sort of incest. For all sorts of pretty obvious family reasons, just don't take this further. If he comes to you and wants to talk about being gay, by all means support him and encourage him to get out there and find a partner.
Don't even think about doing that. Non-consensual sex is worse than assault; it's rape. You could find yourself in prison and you wouldn't want that, especially when the other prisoners find out what you're there for.
