i just hope those 13th stretches aren't going to be too much now... ( or octaves, or whatever your reach...you know what i mean) "No Joplin for 2 months!"

I just bought a real nice-sounding baby grand, in good condition, for $150. Okay, so, I guess I should say I stole it...but ive been thinking of you. Just bought a great book on Jazz theory, so i'm stoked.

I have a tear in my rotor cuff from throwing a coffee mug against a wall in anger; I get bursitis from hell in that shoulder every now and then...
 
Ger, I can image just how you feel and how having the break in the hand does detract and cause you to lose focus and of course the .....pain of it all!

The night before we were heading out in our RV on a trip to Palm Springs, I fell in the shower, (and NO, I was totally alone.....I got shampoo in my eyes and I reached for the shower wand to rinse my eyes and I just slipped and put my hand down and broke the bone in my wrist!

Damn, it hurt and Ron wanted to post-pone the trip; but we were all packed and I was soooo looking forward to the trip (it was around the holidays too....we planned on staying thru New Years Eve too!!

I meant NOTHING was gonna stop this trip....

Well, the wrist just throbbed and literally hurt the whole trip down to PS, and once there, I had to go to the ER to get it X-Rayed and confirmed about the break....they just splinted it and I waited until I got home to cast it...so that I could shower and stuff...

Ger, so I hope nothing as shocking as falling in the bath/shower is the result of your breakage!!! lol
