Hey Jasun -- the inaugural season looks like its going to be a blast. As one who's been there since the beginning, its nice to see how the place is evolving. Love the pledge idea-- haha what are the chances of getting Caleb out to the beach house? Also, is there going to be an update to the layout of the page?
So far so good.
We're making some big changes to the Fratpad. We're not done yet... there's much more coming.
We've moved from the theme of a bunch of hot young men turned loose in Hollywood to the theme of a bunch of hot young men blown ashore in a tropical paradise.
This means more than just a change of location but a change of everything.
Larger video, a new face every couple of weeks, long-form antic movies that are downloadable and updated regularly, regular shows and events. We'll still have Fratpad Friday but we'll also have more regular shows... nothing set in stone yet since we're letting the guys come up with their own things to do... but we've been talking about a cooking show where the guys make diner together and a Sunday "wrap up" which would be like a Fratpad version of "the View." Don't worry, Elizabeth isn't invited. Of course we'll still center around hot naked guys jacking off and taking lots of showers. Together.
The house is huge. No longer a big three-bedroom condo, it's a big house with a guest house and a nice big yard right on the beach. There's going to be three stationary cams that you can check out all the time and see the guys when they're not "on." There's one in the Spa, one in the main room and one in their gym.
Without the distraction of Hollywood on the front doorstep, we're expecting the guys to spend a lot more time in the pad, working out, hanging out and sunning themselves on the beach.
We'll have new guys that you haven't met as "pledges" who'll be strutting their stuff to audition for season 2 and we might have a few familiar faces from days past drop by too.
Right now we have 6 regulars. Member favorites. Chase, Leo, Spencer, Collin, Alan and Doug. We also have our first pledge Parker in the house for a couple weeks. The guys are energized and looking forward to the changes.
The layout of the site is a bit different with cams that pop up in new windows which will mean you can open as many cams as you want and move them around on your desktop how you like. We're still playing with the layout of the main page so let John know what you think... we're very aware that Fratpad is at it's height because of the dedicated fans who've helped us along the way. We know that above all else, we're entertainers who want to give you a good show.
Cam hours are being extended to 14 hours so people who live in Europe can get a bit more show and Australians can stay up even later. Sorry, Sydney.
Hang on... it's gonna be a fun ride.
