I want to take this opportunity to say hi to the community here at JUB. I've been on the site for less than a month now and enjoy coming by reading the posts and perusing the other profiles. JUB seems quite active and lively with a good mix of young and old, gay and bi. The boards here have enough debate and discussion to make them interesting without the trolls and bitterness that bring other boards down.
My plan for this blog is to use it as a journal to record and write about my experiences of the last year and a half. The significance of the period for me is that I have transitioned from being someone who identified as being straight to now identifing as a bisexual. The hope here is that the act of writing about becoming aware of and accepting my sexuality will go along way towards helping me adjust to the new reality and maybe help others that are in similar circumstances. I apologize in advance for my style of writing, it can be somewhat leaden and stilted. Also, don't expect me to post on a regular schedule I'm self-employed and rather busy at times so I'll fit my posts in when I can.
