Well, it's been 8 weeks since I quit smoking cigarettes, and do I feel great! I started smoking when I was 15 years old, and let's see if I still know how to add..hmmmm that was oh goodness 21 years ago.. believe me, I still wanted to smoke, but I also was thinking I'm 41 years old, there is still time to stop the damage, and if there isn't time to do that, at least I can put an end to any future installments.

I don't miss it, not the early morning one, not the ever popular after dinner one, the sex one or the one I thought would be the hardest to get over the beer drinking smoke.. Will I ever start smoking again? nope I'm now a full fledged non-smoker... well I gave up cigarettes, but I didn't give up smoking....
