Us uncuts definitely know its harder to keep clean, but the sensitivity we would never give up for being cut. Truthfully IMO cut looks more beautiful but I have some guy friends who wish they were never cut cause of the sensitivity. And personal hygiene is definitely a part of a clean body, including uncuts which many are very clean.

my uncut friends always wipe with toilet paper---like woman do----but these guys are outside what are they supposed to do?
doesn't look like USA---only one cut d lol----looks like it could be your country.

Its Europe or Eastern Europe i think.
 
In some parts of Europe they charge you like a dime or a quarter to use the bathroom in a gas station, thus everybody is gross and pees out back behind the place.

In my experience,
only small % of guys kept their foreskin very clean without pee scented smell and ready for sucking lol
 
I've never come across an intact guy with hygiene issues. The only two dirty dicks I've encountered were both circumcised.

I didn't say they are not clean.
They are clean, but you can still smell the pee scented foreskin.
I have foreskin so i know what i'm talking about.
