How many numeric/alphanumeric ID, passwords, whatever, etc. do you know by heart, and how many you should know or be reminded to you (by electronic devices...) to live your life in full normality?

I keep all my passwords in an encrypted spreadsheet. I only need to remember the spreadsheet password.

I know my password, my bank account number, my social insurance number

What I do is choose letters and numbers that are close to each other on the keyboard. For example, (this is my very old password) qwqw1212. I also did this pattern (if you look at it on the keyboard . . . y8ui7 . . . or you could do cftcft678678 . . .p09op09op . . things like that. It makes it easy to remember passwords

I know eight by heart, from my Social Security number to the combination that opens the door of the private gym I belong to. The other 40 + - passwords--some of which have been changed so often that, although I knew them at one time, I no longer do--are stored on my computer arranged alphabetically from "Air France Blue" to "Zoom".

My partner has memorized his entire American Express and Bank of America credit card numbers, along with the security codes and expiration dates.

I open my password manager and take screen captures, like so . . .
