I did! Just watched it from the DVR!

I wasnt too thrilled with Billy Bell or his goatee. Him being on this season just feels wrong.

Eh, me neither. I am so mad that he got on the show....Too bad he won't go home tomorrow.

I know everyone is in love with Kent. But I find his "aww shucks", country bumpkin routine so annoying. And I cant stand those dopey faces he makes.

Kent's routine was one of the best of the night. He actually cared about doing his dance, gave a great performance, and has PASSION for what he is doing. GO KENT!

Alexie is my favorite girl but she did sorta Mickey Mouse-up that hip hop routine.

Hate her! Hope she goes home tomorrow. She is talentless and got carried through her routine by Pasha. I am still not sold on this all star mess.

BTW How hot was Adam Shankman in the 90s? Owwww!

OMG! Yes! I still find Adam to be hellaciously gorgeous. He was even sexier back then!

And finally, I'm in love with Robert. I know he isnt a white boy next door or straight-acting, but he's gorgeous and a great dancer.

Yeah, even though my top boy right now is Kent, Robert is by FAR my #2 for this season so far.

The girls just are not doing it for me. That routine that Alex did that the judges were ranting and raving about was mediocre at best. The judges gave AdeChike a hard time for no reason. He did great! Half the time, Nigel is OFF and the other judges are too scared to disagree with him. Get Tice or Sonja on the judges panel, at least they have the balls to argue with Nigel.

Lauren is my top girl right now but that routine with Ade was weak....absolutely weak.

Right now I am calling Melinda to go home tomorrow.

I think you have Alexie confused with someone else. She danced with Twitch not Pasha. But I agree all-stars is still kind of a mess. I'm hoping the all-stars only stick to dance styles they are good at. If not anyone who has to do a ballroom or contemporary routine with comfort is fucked.

They did go way harsh on Adechike. I felt like his partner was the weak link.

The problem with Adechike is he looks like he is dancing by himself for himself.

The dance that Alex did was very exciting and brilliantly choreographed. Loved it.

I thought Rob was magic. He hit every line and beat with such precision, love and grace.

I loved the Billy Bell number and don't get the hatred for him. He is an inspired dancer and deserved the chance to come on the show again and prove his worth. He is my favorite this far, and I am happy to see him.

The All-Star concept isn't working, even though the judges said it is. These dancers aren't going to be elevated by dancing with dominating dancers; they're actually getting shown up by it. To look at Alex's performance and say he was made better because of the All Star is inaccurate--he's already an amazing dancer, and being paired with an insanely talented choreographer was what raised the bar.

And how awkward is it for someone like Allyson to dance something so beautiful, and then be shuffled offstage without nary a word about her thoughts or feelings?

Billy's dance was not a comfortable fit, but then that wasn't a good piece by Tyce. I enjoyed Melinda's jive until the judges pointed out her legs and they showed a clip, and they were right on the money. Adechike had NO chemistry with the sexy and passionate Katherine--he and Lauren both blew the performance aspect, which is exactly what the All Star should be bringing out in already incredible technical dancers.

The newbies are coming off like children dancing with adults in some ways, and that's not fair to them in the comparison.

Now, I'm ashamed to bring this up, but I was watching on my friend's Hi Def tv or I wouldn't have noticed it at all--but if anyone has it DVRed, was it just me or was Kent perhaps showing a little too much excitement below the belt at the end of his dance on his knees? That seemed to me what some of Cat's laughing might have been about. That was a great number, and his sense of fun at what he does is so infectious. Love the kid--but he needs to stop talking so much.

Cat looked amazing last night. Other talent show hosts should take lessons from her on how to host a show.

Totally agreed. They should have had Anthony Burrell over Billy Bell...Anthony would dance circles around Billy. I guess they only wanted one black guy and they chose the one with the more interesting name.

Since he fell ill last year I feel they were right to offer him a chance again this year. Why shouldn't he be given another chance since so many people try out again and again and he DID prove last year what an enormous talent he is. Alex goofed his chance last year when he already had a contract with Miami ballet so his second chance, automatic, should be just as suspect as Billy's, if anything is suspect.

Killjoke, I am going to go back and look at the whole show again so i will keep my eye open for Kent's excitement. BTW, I think you are spot on with your assessments.

The difference btwn Alex and Billy, is Alex came back and nailed Vegas. IMO He more than earned his second chance with what he showed at auditions. Billy didnt do that. He was good. But last year his audition was thrilling.

Has Nigel Lythgoe made his foot-in-the-mouth homophobic comment for the season yet?

His attitude really turned me off to this show so that I don't watch it anymore in protest. It seems odd to me that he, being a homophobe, could tolerate producing a show with a probably 80% gay male cast and very large gay audience.

Having gotten that off my chest, the dancers look gorgeous judging by photos on websites. I'm surprised many pictures haven't been posted yet.

Kent- still annoys me and is starting to get a little full of himself. I hope he's not gay. Obviously he's from a very religious southern family. He's brother is a youth pastor n shit. I dont want him to go through the drama of being gay in a small town religious family.

Lauren- Like like her. SHe seems and looks older than 18. SHe actually brought out the straight side of Neil. He used to be so awkward with girls in his season.

Alex- was really good with Twitch.

Robert- Used to be my fav but my friend pointed out looks like Evan Lysacek. It makes me like him less. He sorta acts like him too. He seems to even pretending to be straight.

Glad they called Kent on his behavior last night. There's a great dancer lurking inside the attention-starved little puppy. He's less innocent than most might think; his always open shirt and his facial expressions give away that his shtick is at times very calculated.

Can't warm up to Robert at all. Or Adechike. Or Billy. Or Jose. There are no men this year. They're all boys.

Ashley was stunning. Melinda is awkward and must go. Lauren is improving every week.

I want Alex to win. He was insane last night with the hip hop. What a show stopper.

And while I still don't like the All Star concept, I'm loving getting to see Katherine more. She's just incredible.

See, I'm glad that you said that about Kent maybe not even realizing his sexuality yet because that's the toughest thing about being gay, especially young and gay. I remember when Kent said he was single and Cat Deeley asked him what his kind of woman was and Kent said, someone like Beyonce. LOL The thing is, I know as a gay man that I've always adored beautiful women, but only for their beauty. Surprisingly, I think a lot of gay men almost love a woman's beauty so much that they're one level off from having a sexual feeling. haha It's true, but it's like you stop at the one level below because you don't see the women as sexual objects. Plus, Kent may be very aware that he's gay, but the producers of the show don't want to him to come out and be gay.

As for Jose Ruiz and Robert Roldan, I think they're gay. If you saw the way they were touching all each other at the end of last night's episode. They couldn't keep their hands off each other. LOL As for Adechike, i think he's straight, but I could be wrong. The vibes from him give me typically straight, but that doesn't mean anything.

Okay so there hasn't been anything posted for a while and i wanted to give my two cents worth.

If i remember correctly did not Anthony have a brace on his leg. Maybe just maybe they did not take him know what type of physical stress he would be under and they did not want him to injure himself more. Just my thought.
I kind of like the idea that they have allstars. Sure the contestants this season have a disadvantage over previous seasons because ever week they need to find that connection with another dance maybe one that they have danced with yet. It is making them push themselves to a higher level and for the most part i think that they are doing a great job.
Know on to the contestants that are left.

Kent, Billy, and Lauren and Ashley is starting to grow on me.
As for Robert i think that he is just way to fake, i am looking at the honest that you see in their dances in their face and maybe its just me. Sure they same could be said about Billy, but when i look at him i just see how much of an amazing dancer he is.
Adechike there is just something missing its like there is no connect to the audience for me. I mean he is not consistent from week to week, but yet he keeps making it through.
Jose what to say about Jose, his routine this week with Billy left something to be desired but i have huge hopes for him i haven't fallen in love with him but he is getting to me.
I am floor with what these people have accomplished in such a short time.
