Young guys are horny little buggers. Even the straight ones love wrestling around, grabbing each other's junk and finding excuses to get each other naked.

In their eyes, it's "guy" stuff. In our eyes, it's "gay wannabe" stuff.

He's probably not gay- or if he is gay, he's far away from accepting it about himself.

Whether you want to come out to him depends on whether all this touching stuff bothers you. If you like it, then there's no need to tell him you're gay. If you don't like it, then when you tell him to stop, he'll understand that he looks more than a little gay when he's feeling up a gay guy, won't he?
