I've been around this one friend when he is high he always hugs me and tells me he loves me but nobody else could this mean anything?
 
yep...I think it means he loves you...

If he grabs your ass when he says it, I think he wants some more...How do you feel about him?
 
Wine loosens the tongue, so does pot. I take it, you're talking about pot, when you say high. I find pot usually makes me want to tell the truth.

But if the high makes you uncomfortable, you might not want to go all the way.

I love my friends, but I love to get high. If they couldn't understand, hit the door.

How does he behave when he is not high? Does he constantly touch you? Does he have any tendencies that might make you believe he likes men? Without knowing this it is difficult to guess. However just because he hugs you when high and says he loves you, in my opinion does not mean much. All it means is that he loves you as a dear friend, possibly as family in his mind. And a hug is his way of showing you that love. If being high makes you say things that you might not normally say, then his telling you how much you are to him, is not something he would say sober for whatever reason, in my opinion.
 
I think you should take it for what it is, he thinks of you as a dear friend, and I wouldnt go fukkin that up by taking it further.:-)
 
Take it for what it is, and value that friendship.

All he doing is hugging you and saying i love you? He just love you for a friend i don't think he wants you.

but If you want to test the waters hang out with him and when its time to leave say wheres my good night kiss and see how he responds. And if he looks offended quickly say just kidding
 
Bah. Anyone that has ever been high will tell you they love you, the cat, the chair and everyone. Don't act on it unless their are sober acts of intimacy (touching you lovingly!) that you wouldn't write off as that of a 'high' person.

If you really need to test the waters of horniness and stupidity, at least act on it while stoned so you have some sort of buttress. Otherwise, I guarantee you you won't like the result if it doesn't go according to plan.
 
If he wanted to jump your bones he wouldn't be saying things like "I love you", that's what friends say to each other. If he wanted to do the naughty with you he would avoid that language because it would make the sex awkward.

He just obviously really values you as a friend, which is heartwarming in itself. :)
