This has happened to me, since the very first time I discovered how to jack off...11 years old.

I get an initial erection, everything's fine. It feels great, I jack off (not rough, I'm gentle with my penis) and I have an amazing orgasm...BUT, and this happens every time, if I get another erection within 10 hours after initially ejaculating, my dick hurts like hell. Throbs, and it's just plain pain. The pain goes away when my dick gets soft.

I try to avoid jacking off before bed time, because there's been times that I get a night time erection, and the pain itself wakes me up!

I always thought this was normal, until I google searched...and have only found a few people with symptoms like I have. I always wondered how people are able to jack off 2-5+ times in one given day.

I told my urologist about this, in his 13 years of practice, he's never met anyone who came to him with the same problem. So he didn't have a clue.

It's not STD's, I'm STD free.

Anyone else have this same problem? My dick hurts, anytime when it gets hard again, within 10 hours, after I initially get hard & cum.
 
You might want to consider consulting another urologist.
 
It's kind of hard to do that, but maybe still possible because I have Kaiser Permanente health insurance, and can only be seen at Kaiser medical facilities. I can see if my primary care doctor will refer me to another urologist at a different Kaiser medical facility in a near by city. Idk.

It might be one of those, "gotta live with it" type things.
 
It may have been caused by jacking off and ejaculating at such an early age. Most guys I knew had their first orgasms at fourteen(including me) or sometimes thirteen.
 
Just to make you feel better -- the exact same thing happens to me.
 
CJ! Don't you hate it though? I hate it, because there's times I get uncontrolled 'random boners' within 10 hours (night while sleeping, or during daytime) after jacking off...and the pain is awful. Sometimes, my soft cock hurts too. I guess the urethra gets inflamed. Idk. My boyfriend is able to achieve painless erections time & time again soon after ejaculating.

Cgymike: I would def like to get a second opinion. And unfortunately the urologist offered no help, but he did say he'd 'look into it & do research' but that's it.
 
i have this same issue, but mine seems a bit more mild than yours, after i ejaculate if i get hard within a couple hours, my dick hurts a bit, its not painful as much as uncomfortable, i've always had this, i just thought it was normal!

edit: i also started masturbating at an early age, around 12 i think. funny you mentioned that, maybe there is a connection lol
