Todd and Trick Palin were, until recently, both members of the Alaskan Independence Party (not to be confused with a party of independent alaskan people. They Alaskan Independence Party is SEPARATIST party, they want Alaska to secede from the Union. Sarah Palin' as governor gave the opening address for their 2008 party convention where she said "Alaska needs to be work towards becoming a self sufficient state." That sounds like a dangerous movement to me.
