I don't know either.
Speaking of Ted Danson, he is gross. I always thought he was gross. When he hooked up with Whoopi Goldberg (who I find just as offensive) way back when, I couldn't stand to think about it. Just the thought of those two rubbing their blood engorged squishy parts together made made me stop even thinking about sex.
As for Pastor Boom Boom, I believe a lot of religious fanatics need to be eyed suspiciously. I think a disproportionate number of men become religious leaders because they harbor some awful secret like, say, pedophilia. They believe becoming a servant of God, or whatever you call it, will purge them of these those impure thoughts, and because God is not real, it doesn't work. They years go on, they settle into their positions of respect and authority, and when they face those urges again, they begin to see their positions of power as enabling, rather than deterring.
This isn't true only of pastors and priests. Right down the line, religious zealots use their faith as an excuse for their inability to confront the evil (real or imagined) within them. From the suburban housewife who murders her young children because they're "demons", to the daughter of a woman I used to work for. Her name was Christine (of course) and she was just dripping for Jesus. True to form, she had just bought this horrifying wall hanging that was composed of carved wooden crosses. Dozens of them, all bunched together in way that was supposed to pass for tasteful artiness. She asked me to hang it for her, which I did, enduring the practically lewd passes she was constantly making at me. This woman was married with two kids but she made it clear she wanted my dick.
Every accusation is a confession. While those who are likewise as faithful are just as blind, those who are godless can see right through their nonsense.
