It's just a matter of posting new chapters in the original 'Chapter 1' thread. No need to organise except to post the chapters in their proper order. I have a story here with over 200 chapters. Can you imagine the nightmare if they were all separate threads and people had to look for them in order?

Autolycus (the mod for this forum) can combine your chapters in order for you if you ask him, then you simply continue adding new chapters any time you wish. People will know when you post a new chapter.
