yes i am circumcised i do not use lude i do it through what i am wearing. i do stroke for along time and it itches
 
You are rubbing it raw and damaging the skin is what seems to be happening. You are probably horny again before it is healed. You are causing too much friction.

So you are grabing your penis through your clothing. The cloth is dry and has much the same effect as sandpaper.


Put a first aid cream or hand lotion on it till it heals, do not do it through your clothing, use lube or hand lotion as lube. Lube is best. Use your bare hand .

Should solve your problem.
 
you could also be getting a minor fungal infection if the area is moist and warm with your clothes on after you are dne. Make sure every thing is soaped and cleaned up dry when you are done.
