Hey guys,

So, two weeks ago, when I was about to sleep, I started to feel this kind of sensation on my penis. It's not painful, but it's rather irritating.

It doesn't come often, only when I try a "jerk motion"

The intensity decreased over the week and on Sunday I couldn't feel anything.

Then this morning, I woke up because I felt it again. It was like some sort of needle was prickling it. And when I was wearing my jeans (not tight), when I touch on my leg region near the penis, I could feel the sensation..

Am I worrying too much?
Or is this common?

I'm not circumcised, FYI, not sure if that helps.

Thanks!

Im not sure, I have gotten pain before which started like a 'annoying pain' but had gotten worse. When you pee does it sometime go into two diffrent streams? You could have a narrow urethrea, or an inflamed prostate or just a sore muscle. I would go to a urologist

Two different streams?

I should add:

I've never had sex

And I've tried to retract my foreskin when I was soft, but when it gets big, I kinda have a problem with retracting it (I haven't extensively tried it)
Like I can put my finger inside to stretch it, but I haven't had the success of retracting it fully when I'm hard

I don't know if your non-retracting foreskin is related to the pain you're describing, but you need to see a doctor about the foreskin anyways, so you can check with him.

OK

I tried pushing the foreskin backwards (for the first time), and it looks normal, but for some reason I didn't have luck having a hard on, which may be because I jerked off already. When I was about to, it felt like my penis was gonna explode :\

I thought that'd be sphegma (which I've seen quite often recently), but there wasn't, because the last few days my penis had been a bit smelly, and I did some washing just now.

Sounds like an infection to me, but it's only a guess... make an appointment to have it taken care of.

Be sure to mention the tight foreskin while you're there. The way you've described it, I would expect that a steroid cream should be enough to stretch it sufficiently.

I was diagnosed with thrush.

But now I'm getting worried - is it because of poor hygiene or because I'm diabetic?

Probably a combination of both - did you take the chance and asked the doctor for possibilities for treating your phimosis, too?

He didn't think I was phimosis, because he managed to push my foreskin back.

... but you didn't tell him that you can't retract when erect?

I did manage to, just that it felt like exploding.

I'm meeting him up tomorrow, so I'll ask him again.

I did tell him I had a hard time retracting, but the said he cream would do the job.

My penis does feel better, but I'm gonna try getting an erection whilst the thing retracted.
