My first guess would be small blood vessels, under high pressure while you're erect. (Especially during an extended session) I assume they aren't noticeable when you're flaccid?

I sometimes get these random bumps on my dick. Never on the head. Only on the shaft. About the size of a BB
At first I thought they were warts but they are not. Just every so often (a few times a year) they appear and go away after a few weeks. They don't hurt or affect sexual activity but I have yet to figure out what it is.
I have ruled out all STD's. I guess the best way to describe the appearance would be temporary subcutaneous tumor under the skin.

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this wierd thing.

might be scar tissue or something.
u say it gets bigger when u jerk off though so i say stop doing that until they are all gone.

Sorry to bump this extremely old thread, but I'm dealing with this (lymphochele) right now. Or at least what I think is this. Noticed it on Thursday night, while masturbating -- and I haven't jacked off since (which has been tough!).

It's not painful, but it is somewhat uncomfortable & pinchy at times. I was really freaked and panicked when I found it. I'm still pretty unnerved about it, and hoping it goes away soon, but at least I've calmed down. lol.
