I was uncut up until I was about 15. My foreskin was too tight to roll over the head. So when I jacked off the skin was always covering the head still (it was that tight).

I was circumcised early, so I never knew what the extra foreskin would have felt like.

I can say that I have had different sensations from different guys who have sucked my dick. Some guys provided such a lack luster performance that it was difficult for me to stay hard, while there have been other guys that I was ready to shoot after 30 seconds because it felt so good.

I have heard that there is less sensitivity after circumcision, but I have no proof of that. I suggest you do your own medical experiment/survey and get as much head as you can see if your pleasure increases. I hope you will report back on the findings.

The foreskin has alot of nerves that are lost when circumcised. Aside from that the foreskin rolling over the head of the penis provides more sensation for a non circumcised penis.

Im cut as well and my sensitivity levels arent were I would like them to be. Most of the shaft if pretty senseless to light touch, but the very tip is crazy sensitive. With a condom on during anal sex I cant really feel anything.

If that is true, then the one place where the theory fails is for cut vs. uncut. There is a difference in the sensation and the places where each is sensitive.

If you get a blowjob from a guy who isn't used to blowing cut guys, you may have to guide him to the places where you do have a lot of sensitivity.

Beyond that, I'd say to get out there and experiment. Don't make the assumption that just because you didn't enjoy one blowjob, that the issue is your dick. More often, the problem is the skill of the person giving the blowjob.
