Anyone like this? You think I have some type of phobia?
I think I may be one.
Even though Im rather slim, I tend to focus on my body fat and getting the perfect abs. Junk food is against my religion, although I used to love to hang out watching a football game while eating chips. When I go to the gym I plan only a half an hour run and abs, but end up spending an hour and adding to my work outs (such as shoulders, chest, arms). Afterwards, I drink some muscle milk. Now Im pretty much too built to go back to my favorite past-time, that is CD'ing since I dont know if I can pass of as a chick anymore (my shoulders are too big, and arms).

I also have a thing about my body hair. I pluck the hairs below my belly button, around my nipples, my toes, and the ingrown hairs on my private area. I cut the hair off my chest, shave my arms and legs.

Anyone else like this or worse? Phobias or things they constantly concentrate about themselves?Am I a nutcase? Perfectionist? :D

What you are describing does not sound like a phobia. It sounds more like impulse disorder.

The hair plucking could very well be trichotillomania.

hey, everyone has their own odd habits. someone who used to be my best friend was someone obsessed with working out. it ruined our friendship. he could not under any circumstance not workout. i think you get a "high" off working out as your body produces endorphines which make you feel better. i tried working out but never liked it. moderation is the key to a balanced life.

You may have a form of body dysmorphia. A preoccupation with your face and body for imperfections that may of may not be there.

If thats you in your avatar, where is the fat? Your prodile says 'swimmer's build'. Swimmers arent fat
Ya thats me on my avatar. I know I dont have much of any fat, but I just dont like seeing any at all. I guess theres always room to make myself "better."

No, there's actually a point where having less body fat is not better. Past a certain point, you'll begin to look sickly because, well, it's just not healthy.
