Places to meet gay guys in Ohio?

Hey everyone, this is one of the few posts I actually start, the last being advice for a guy I eventually got over.

I am writing this to find out if anyone knows any great places to meet gay guys in Ohio. As in like clubs or gay bars etc. Knowing that Ohio is a rather conservative state, I wouldn't just wanna ask anybody.

I'll be in college next month and I want to get out there and experience new things. Be a little wild, you know. I think getting in the open and meeting guys head on would be a good experience.

Any help would be awesome.

I used to work at the interbelt, its now called the ritz, i dont know why!, im in akron, i live right down the street from the bar, in the puerto rican section of town,LOL

If you come to Columbus, there's a lot of places to go. The Short North part of downtown is really hot... also, Victorian Village and German Village are great parts of town where large gay populations live. If you want more information, let me know.

There are alot of gay guys in my college. I'm in my first year. And I have a guy who likes me already but I'm just playing hard-to-get with him now.

I use to live in Cleveland and was part of a huge social scene there. My group went to bars,clubs,gay stores,restaurants.....etc. You name it we did it. Try truffles the coffee shop in Lakewood. I heard Cleveland/Lakewood got trashy. The Union Station turned into a ghetto bar. The Grid is good and Twist is a great place to relax and have a drink.My friends live in Columbus now and say that is the new Cleveland. If you are a whore Cleveland has that huge Flex. It wasn't there when I lived there but heard it's huge. I spent 15 years going out in Lakewood/Cleveland and had a great time. Remember the Cage or the old Grid? The Interbelt in Akron is all twinks. If you are 18 to 22 this is the place for you. Lots of older men bars in the two cities. Adam's street, leather stallion and the list goes on.
