OK so I am a nerd about this kinda stuff.

This show is phenomenal! If you aren't watching it now, it's on for another 40 minutes. Beautiful camera work and images of the world we live in.

I love the Discovery Channel!

Who's with me?? ;)

Im dissapointed that I missed it... I'll just catch it again some other time...

i just posted my own thread about this, but i agree, it was amazing. i can't wait to see the rest of the series. and what about Sigorny Weaver as the narrator. just wonderful.

It's midnight I just got home from work; it's on right now! I was pissed I had to work tonight because I really wanted to see this. It's the Mountains episode and the Deep Sea episode is next SCORE!

Anyone remember Blue Planet: Seas of Life from a while ago??? I love this stuff!

Wow what a great show! I loved the snow leopard that no one's ever filmed before and awwww the poor pandas who can't get enough nutrition from those stupid bamboo sticks! I loved seeing the weird animals that live in the deep oceans too.

Can't wait for next week!

I have it Tivo'D in HD :) Going to watch it later this week. If you have an HDTV (like me), be sure to catch it on the Discovery HD Theatre channel. It's going to look 100 times better in HD than SD i imagine.

Same here. I just watched 2 episodes. HD is phenomenal!

I wish I had seen it. I am addicted to these shows, too.

I have NEVER missed any of Wednesday night's "Blue Planet" specials (BBC) on The Animal Planet. Hell I am all about The Animal Planet Channel and their "Meerkat Manor" shows. Actually I burnt myself out on those cute li'l rascals!

My new cable TV addiction is the Sci-Fi Channel and those "Walking With The Cavemen" specials. Mmmmm. How do they re-enact some of that stuff?
