I heard it on my local radio station.... playgirl magazine is scheduled to stop production. I didn't hear when. Apparently before Christmas because they were saying Spencer Pratt had a contract deal to be the cover model for the Dec issue, but they voided his contract. Has anyone else heard this?

That is a very very bloody Perry Saturn, who is actually a hero. He saved a woman from getting raped and was shot.

I don't think I've ever "read" an issue, but I heard about it. So are they making it available online or just doing movies or calendars now?

How is it out of print , but still in business? (Always thought it was just a magazine)

...And will anyone miss it?

Damn it Mario Lopez!! I knew you should have gone ahead and posed.

Yes, they're going "all-web", so will be around in that format. The print magazine business can be a challenge - high costs for production, distribution and often (relatively) low cover price. I've seen a number of smaller magazines (trade publications) fold in the last few years and go "web-only" as well. At least they remain alive in some way.

Lets hope they have cleaned up the site's owners/mangers have cleaned up their act since the $180 million internet credit card fraud incidence.

Find out more, here are the found links.

PLEASE!!!! Like it was helpful anyways. The Celebs never did frontals so what was the fucking point. What a rip off. Its just a dick SHOW IT TO US DAMN ITT!!!!!

Not surprising since you can see dick practically everywhere on the web - so the mystery is no longer there.

so is Reese Rideout going to be the last model cover? wow pretty big honor

and Spencer Pratt? hm I'd actually like to see that, just because im interested if he's actually big, and itd probably be a big-ger seller than a random model...too bad though!

Stuff like this doesn't surprise me at all. We live in an Xtube generation where you can look at millions of guys around the world for free. You don't have to pay 5 or 6 bucks every month for a magazine that features 6 or 7 models.

The demand for internet porn has taken over the downfall of magazine porn.

Playgirl can still make its business online. I think a subscriber may have to pay more just to enjoy its service. PG can feature videos, streaming interviews, pictures, screensavers. I can go on and on.

I wouldn't see how PG wouldn't do any good online. Everybody else can pay 25 or 30 dollars every 6 months to look at a hot gay porn service when PG can be equivalent to that.
