Ya know, its interesting that the Vatican, as an autonomous country, is suddenly FLIPPING OUT that Italy, right in its backyard, might grant some rights to other gay couples.

Where was Benedict when Canada, the Netherlands, and countless other countries were granting rights to gay couples?
