Since Oct. 08, I've gone from 250 lbs (113 kg) to 189 lbs (85 kg). Combination of eating right, rugby, and cardio at the gym. No weight training. Want to drop another 20 lbs. and then start working out more.

Just wanted to share. I think I've done a pretty good job so far.. but more to go!

Congratulations. Well done!

Instead of waiting for that last 20 pounds, give some thought to adding some basic weight and core training exercises now that you're getting to your weight loss goals.

You have the type of body the will respond quickly to weight training. And with the work that you're doing on getting trim, you will see a lot of changes as you tone your muscles.

P.S. And post more pictures! :D
 
I agree with karabulut, there's no need to wait those 20lbs before starting weight-training.

That's pretty impressive. Hopefully, all those lifestyle changes you've made will stick with you and you'll keep it off.
