oh my god CUSTOMIZATION
Since Oct. 08, I've gone from 250 lbs (113 kg) to 189 lbs (85 kg). Combination of eating right, rugby, and cardio at the gym. No weight training. Want to drop another 20 lbs. and then start working out more.
Just wanted to share. I think I've done a pretty good job so far.. but more to go!
