I'm trying to get the in shape for next summer. I've come a decent way (still a long way to go), now I finally feel confident enough to post a nude here. :luv2: What do you guys think?

Wow you look amazing! What have you been doing? I'm trying to lose wright too but don't really know what to do besides eating right and stuff

Thank you :) well I initially started out on a low carb intake but I found it impossible to avoid carbs completely. In reality I've just ended up cutting out bread and pasta. I have a salad for lunch every day, which sounds boring but I have loads of chicken in it or something tasty like that. I've also started walking to and from work, it's two miles each way. I've got a Fitbit and it says I do about 20,000 steps per day so that's got to count a long way to it too. But I'd say bread is the biggest thing, I thought I'd miss it because who doesn't love bread! But I haven't. I just have it occasionally.

A well balanced approach to life long good health. Walking every day pays benefits and try not to overdo protein intake.

I also have almost given up starches entirely. I allow myself one piece of bread each day and sometimes a bagel on Sunday instead of oatmeal. But I would cut my arm off some days when I smell fresh baked bread. Just keep up with the walking and do some core exercises to strengthen your stomach area muscles. You'll thank yourself for it someday.
 
You look amazing! I don't see anything that needs improvement or work! I can only hope to have a body like yours.
