Project Runway Season 10

So I looked but didn't see one started so I thought I would open up the Season 10 Project Runway thread

What do you all think so far? I'm thinking that Melissa, Sanjia, and Dmitry are my favorite designers so far. Ven though makes beautiful dresses but his attitude is far too snooty for me.

So discuss people!!!

Eh, I liked Ven in the beginning but as the show progressed not only does his attitude stink but as Dmitry put it "Ven's a one trick pony".

My favorites are Sanji, Chris, Fabio, and Melissa. I also like Dmitry and Elena but they don't wow me that much.

Oh, well. We still have Ven.

As good as D's jacket was, I'd have given it to Sanji. She made that hideous print look fab.

I'm really, truly not surprised Ven was sent home.

It was his narcissism that finally did him in, wasn't it? He became the very last person on the planet to realize that all that pleating, fanning, origami rosing, is just not that hot.

Dmitry said it best when he said something to the effect of Ven is always same, same same. And always for old ledy.

And can you imagine what his rapport with a toddler would have been like? Neither can I. Heaven forbid if he got a chubby one.

No way in hell he was ever getting past last week.

Are you shocked they cut Elena?

I wasn't exactly shocked but I did hate to see her go.

I suppose it was just as much a cumulative decision as it was based on the challenge. Judges seemed to like each outer garment, but equally dislike the ensembles. I think it all boiled down to a matter of taste. I can appreciate Elena’s love for the modern, but modern didn't always translate into something that was nice to look at. No doubt she’s talented and all, but she probably had one too many missteps.

All that said, I’m thinking Melissa's on the chopping block this week.

this season was alright not the worst but not the best either. i also think Fabio should have won.

Fabio should have won...Dimitri was soooo tacky.....I would have loved to see Elena in the final also....
