I have watched every episode this season and have been disappointed almost every time. Either the episode is boring, the designs suck, or the wrong person got booted. I would have liked to see what Ramone could have produced for a final collection, simply because he had an interesting perspective. However, overall I believe the talent pool was pretty weak so its hard to say none of the final three deserve to be there because none of the others showed much.

I usually hate "the bitch" whoever he or she happens to be, but I don't really see Irina as one. She was particularly nasty throughout the show and any edge she displayed is probably because a lot of the others did suck. She is the only one who consisently produced good work.

I think the reason why this season was such a major disappointment was because of the casting. That's what happens when the show is no longer produced by Magical Elves (known for Top Chef and PR seasons 1-5) and is put it in the hands of Bunim/Murray (The Real World, RW/RR Challenges). I found none of the designers of this season to be particularly compelling -- a few of the designers that got the boot early could have been fun to watch, but now we'll never know. Who knows how good this season could have been if it just stuck to Bravo instead of moving to crappy Lifetime.

And I found myself kinda hating Irina, but ultimately not enough to really care. I loved to hate Kenley, Santino, Wendy, and Jeffrey, but I can't say the same about Irina.
 
I knew Irina would win. Her collection was modern, amazing, cohesive, sexy and hard. The only thing I wish for was more color.

I like that first dress CH sent down the runway it was hot, everything else was ok.

Althea disappointed me so much, her looks were...um lackluster.

This season was a bore overall and somewhat easy for the designers...hopefully next season will be better.
 
the way the judges were fawning over Carol Hannah's collection, i really thought she would've stole the prize right from under Irina's nose.

Conceptually Irina's collection was cohesive, it showed her point of view, etc.

But Carol Hannah's clothes looked better. She knows how to work with color, fabric, and construction.

It was a hard decision, but I think Carol Hannah should have won.

Althea must've buckled under pressure but they kept showing her BF in the audience and he was sooo cute:p

Me too. I don't care if there was a common thread binding all the pieces together. Her clothes were colorful and pretty. Irina's clothes were icy and depressing as hell, LoL.
 
Carol Hannah's good-natured reaction when she didn't win made me like her even more - and made me wish she had been named the winner.
 
i didn't really like any of the final collections. i always thought season 4 was the pinnacle of the project runway series so far, talent-wise. hopefully when they return to new york they'll get some better challenges and designers. they should at least try to keep the same judges for each challenge.
