Question about my butt plug

I bought a butt plug a few days ago; I got a medium 5.25 inch since I assumed that would be a good size to start off with.

Anyway, the first three days I have it, I can't get it in.

The 4th day, I get it in a little further and I suddenly feel like I have to take a $#it; that feeling passed rather quickly, but the plug didn't exactly feel good (it didn't hurt either, but it wasn't a nice feeling). I'd say it took about 15 minutes to get it in.

The 5th day, I try again and I get it in within 5 minutes. The base of the plug was well within my cheeks, so I assumed that was as far as it was going to go; I was able to push it in a little bit more, but I already started to feel the base go in too deep (the little bit further that it did go started to feel like a good pain, but I was too scared that it was going to get stuck).

The 6th day I finally got lube (I had just been using water prior to this) and it goes in just about instantly. Again, the base is really inside my cheeks, but the base pretty much made it difficult to push in any further.

Did I use the plug wrong? I mean I experienced some discomfort the 4th day I used it and I even felt like something had been in me for about an hour after I used it, but I was just expecting it to feel a lot better =[

The buttplug has a base that prevents it from going in too far and getting lost in your colon. So, you have no worries there.

You want to push the buttplug in until your sphincter muscles wrap around the stem that is between the body of the buttplug and the base.

It is normal to feel the need to poop when you first start using the buttplug. This feeling will gradually subside as you use the buttplug.

You are training your hole to receive an object into it rather than just push stuff out of it all the time. This is great preparation for anal sex.

Your asshole is a muscle. And like training any muscle, it takes time.

The length of the buttplug is not the important measurement, it's the maximum diameter that is the important measurement. you should treat it like a dick - the buttplug (and your anus) should be well-lubricated (you can use a condom on it if you want to keep it clean) and it should be moved in and out slowly until you relax enough to push it in further.

It will take time to get it all the way in. Once you get it past the maximum diameter, it will stay in on its own. And mbamike is correct- it won't slip all the way in (which is why the base base on any sex toy is an important feature).

First I would use lube always. I can't even imagine getting anything in my ass bigger than my finger without lube, and even my finger hurts. If you ever feel pain, stop. Pain means something bad is happening to your body, period. Use as much lube as you need, get the tip in, get it out, get it in, get it out, etc. You need to WANT it in your ass, dont force it. You can relax your sphincter and it will go in much easier. If you try and do it without relaxing you can hurt yourself. Again, don't force it.

The plug should gradually get wider going towards the base until at the end it gets smaller again and then gets really wide with some kind of base. Once the wide are is past, it should slip in the rest of the way and you should be able to tug on it a little and it won't come out. With my butt plug, I can literally push it as hard as i want and it will not go in any farther, it has a huge base, as you can see.

When you push it in as far as it will go, and or you have a long Dildo it will reach a 90 degree twice in your colon. If you just force it farther you can damage your colon, but if you push in and out gently and choax it slowly, you train yourself to be able to push things in deeper. When I have my butt plgu in for an hour or two and I sit down the first time it feels uncomfortable, but after a little while I barley even feel it.

I would recommend a small ish Dildo too, cuz the in and out action is what feels really good.

just go slow and use alot of lube. youll get it in, just go really slow. I had on that size awhile back, it took me about 15 mins to get it in. I stuck it to the toilet seat or the wall in the shower and just pushed my ass on it till it was all the way in

Begin by prepping your ass with your fingers. Use plenty of lube and finger fuck yourself, beginning with one finger, then increase to two then three.

Once your hole is stretched out, lube up the Dildo and SLOWLY try inserting it into your ass. You may have to take it out after the initial insertion, then put it back in. Once your ass has acclimated to the Dildo you are ready to play.

I have a medium size anal plug that is about 5.5 inches long (insertable) and 2 inches thick at the thickest part... I just put a condom on and shove it right up there. It takes less than a minute to get it fully in. Can do it any position, too. No additional lube or foreplay..

I'd just use tons of lube. Don't think about it too much, either.
