This might be a dumb question, if it is, sorry.

So I was bored, and actually reading the instructions on this condom that I got for free, from this fair thing and I noticed it says, only for use in vaginal intercourse. If used for other things, it will not guarantee effectiveness.

Is this normal for condoms or are there special "anal" sex condoms?

And can I use this, If I wanna get boned in the ass?

There are anal-sex condomsn - yep.
They are a bit "thicker", because anal sex tends to be more rough.
I have used "normal" condoms for anal before, too - and never had a problem; but if you want to be perfectly safe get one of the thicker condoms.

You can get condoms for anal but if you use those ones properly and with lots of lube it should be okay. Your choice, do whatever makes you feel safe.

I'd not recommend any kind of ribbed or "dimpled" condoms for anal sex.
Kinda seems like you are preparing for your first time? Then just to be on the safe side and ease your mind - get some of the strong (anal sex approved) condoms.
I use Blausiegel HT Special (no clue if you get them over there) or Durex Xtra

The condom may have been an ultrathin or "pleasure plus" or "supersensitive" condoms. These are recommended only for vaginal intercourse.

For anal sex, you should use condom that does not have nonoxynol-9, does not have ribbing and is made of heavier grade latex or polyurethane. Receptacle tips are also a good idea.

It's not my first time but I've never had to use a condom before cuz I was monogamous with my ex and he was my first.....
