Quiting Smoking

yeah you smoke the first week and then taper which will happen naturally

you are supposed to eat when you take it and the first three weeks that was important because it made me a bit nauseous on an empty stomach but not at all if I had a bite to eat, now (fourth week) I don't need to eat, I've gotten accustomed to it

it stops the nictotine from working so I did so through withdrawal but not so bad - compared to the last time I quit a piece of cake - it just moves up the schedule so to speak - anyway nictotine is something I really crave and this shit got be well past the qutting thing -

I still want a cigarette but not that much since I know it won't do me a damn bit of good since the nictotine rush is blocked but it is not like knocking me out that I want him, it is like the last time I quit, except being in the third month not the fourth week, think about it but wouldn't have one if given one

and feeling all the health benefits (better taste of food, breathing better, coughed up all the shit from my lungs) but much more quickly than last time and thos are positive reinforcements

I really am glad I am quitting this way since last time (with welbutrin and patches and gum) it was so much, much, much more work, this time quitting is a whole lot easier

now five years from now, unlike five years from last time, I have to remember that I can't have "one" just for old times sake since nicotine for me is heroin to others -

the chantix is helping me kick this shit a whole lot better than before

you know I quit this time for noi good reason. I was not on a health kick and I still enjoyed it enough but I got damn sick and tired of being dependent on it - that I needed it because I needed the nicotine.

Saying fuck you to nicotine is such a good feeling!
