Yesterday i was chatting with a group of straights and the topic just came up and a straight guy asked if i was cut ?

It seemd in context of what we were talking about ; but after i thought about it and it seemed a little gay for a man to ask another man if he is cut or uncut.

So what do you think is it gay? or ok? to ask another man if he is cut?

I don't think it is gay at all. Would you find it gay for your friends to be telling dick jokes or making fun of an uncut cock? It is normal behavior...Just some are more open about it than others. I have many straight friends that have asked me or others if they were circumcised or not (stemming usually from a joke). I don't have any feeling of any of them being gay.
 
I think it would be considered a gay question. I don't think that str8 guys are interested enough in dicks, and especially, their cut or uncut status, as a gay guy is.

Ok so i should have specified, straight guys that are not really your friends. Because ofcourse you can ask your friends anything, but, if you ask a person you arent really close to, then would that appear gay?
 
As a question right "out of the blue" I would judge it to be slightly impertinent, but if the question arises in the course of normal conversation I would not think it to have any connection with sexual orientation.

I still wouldn't take it as a sign of come on or even gay. Some people are just weird like that or genuinely interested. As gay as it may sound, some men are fascinated by the sight or even talking about of an uncut penis.
 
I'm not sure I'd appreciate the question from a total stranger, but I've had the conversation with fellow students and work colleagues who are decidedly more acquaintance than friend.

I think its a guy thing - we are all curious, whether we admit it or not. We check each other out given the opportunity. Who hasn't looked at another guy in the gym or changing rooms?
