No he's not. He's actually good friends with a friend of mine from high school and only goes to school about an hour from me. From what I've heard from my friend (and what I've seen in the previews) he's a total nut case. Should be good entertainment haha.
I'm pretty sure there aren't any gays on this cast unfortunately. I guess having two gays last season was enough...

Maybe they haven't gone to Atlanta for a production issue? They seem to avoid the south as a whole honestly. Outside of New Orleans (which has it's own distinct flavor) they never really go to south eastern america.
That being said YAY less than a week. There may be a million shows that come and go and Real World will always be and I'll always watch it. It's had amazing seasons and bad but it's this bitch that started this madness and it deserves so much more street cred than it gets now a days what with the million and one wanna be Real Worlds out there.

How was the first episode? Does it look like they go out to bars/clubs? When I was there for a week, the night life was dead.

the first episode they didnt go out at all, the house is nice as hell, and you can only reach it by boat, and they just introduced everyone, and the way it was edited, you would think the first episode was just the first night.
trey and red hair girl like each other, the red head guy and marie like each other, and swift and toya have some banter, so brandon felt left out, and stuff, and then conviently he left his journal out, that trey went through and it was abbout about killing himself and stuff, and that was it.

I really liked the first episode. I thought it was funny and you got a good sense of everyone's personality. I don't want major drama in episode one because that transforms into Frank ala San Diego. Reasonable people still have conflict it's just not absolutely crazy. Las Vegas 2 was one of my favorite seasons in a WHILE and there wasn't any huge development in the first episode that I can remember.

I liked the first episode , too and thought it gave a great introduction to the people in the house. I think the boys stand out a little more than the girls because of their differences. The drama will be between Brandon and Brandon. Brandon is a self loathing recovering druggie and alcohol but he had a beer and was a little nuts. The three other guys are all steamers, leading the way is Trey with his fun face, body and personality. Love the house and island they are on but it won't be the same house by season's end. Good cast.
