Reddit NSFW Groups now no longer accessible without age verification

Hi,
I always liked to visit reddit NSFW Groups browsing the hot pictures posted there. I am in Germany and by using a VPN Service it was always possible to access those groups without having an account there or to log in. Now this is no longer possible. Everytime I go there I get a message that I have to log in or verify my age which annoys me terribly. I even tried to make an account but as soon as I type the first four letters of my E-Mail address I get a message that the E-Mail is not valid. What the Fuck.!
Does anyone know a way to get past that age verification nonsense and still view those groups? I tried a search for a firefox add-on but could not find one.

There are several temporary email services that you can use to create an email account just long enough to register with reddit. That's the easiest workaround since just about all of these "free" services* want to collect personal information as part of the registration process.

*For the record, JUB doesn't do that. We never share or sell our user list and your email address is only used to communicate between JUB and you.
 
Thank you. I made myself an account there and so far I did not have to prove my age. The e-mail I tried to register with yesterday worked. I thought it would not work because as I typed it said the adress was invalid.
I think in the future more and more porn sites will have that age verification process because of a new law here in Germany. Someone sued X-Hamster and Pornhub because it was too easy to access for underaged people.
