situation revolves around a married couple, one messed up in a certain way but does that give the other partner the right to get even ???
 
No details have no idea but if one messed up and the other is going to get even they were not meant to marry they are both idiots.
 
People who love each are better served by working things out or parting. Getting even either involves punishment or freedom from an imposed restriction. Monogamy works when it's voluntary.
