So we are meeting up with friends in Maine this summer for a quick holiday.

We have spent some lovely days in the upper part of Maine in the past but will finally have the chance to do the coast from Portland northwards.

Any suggestions from those in the know?

All the years I lived on the east coast and I never got to tour the Portland Head Light, so maybe you can visit this amazing historic lighthouse!
