Rough Patch on Penis head

So me and this guy I have known for a while messed around for the first time. Anyway when I started to blow him, I noticed that there was a rough spot on head of his penis. I tend to get paranoid when it comes to anything sexual, so am I thinking too much into this or is this something I should be worry about.

Well ... unless you managed to get a picture, or can describe the "rough patch" in more detail ... and where on his "head" it was located ... it's going to be a bit difficult for any of us to know what it might be.

Maybe, he simply jacks off too much, or too "tightly", and it's a "wear spot"??

Maybe it's just a "birth mark" of some sort?

Is there such a thing as penile psoriasis??

Was is more like a "scab" or a "sore"??

Before I'd worry too much, I'd ask him about it, diplomatically. Perhaps that could lead to further inspection??

But you would have this on other parts of his body, if you were looking.

I once had a rough patch on my penis, it was part of the healing process after fucking a black guy who had ass hair with the texture of a Brillo pad. Rubbed me raw!

I had a rough patch on mine. The doctor gave me some onitment for it. Here's a link to an article, you can see if what you saw looked liked psoriasis.

I just thought about this. A allergic reaction to latex can cause rash that looks like psoriasis too.
