The best thing you could do is ignore these guys in my opinion, some of this guys I block, I think it's best to follow the guys that don't do those things.
 
I guess meeting guys that have a public persona gives you the illusion that they're not dangerous, they're responsible and get tested regularly. Making all that money while going on vacation must be addictive
