Woohoo! My favorite movie of all time, Saw, is comin' out again this year halloween. It's Saw IV! Accccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccce!

Please note that this movie is nut for faint hearted princess! Doooh!

Tobin Bell as jigsaw will return to the movie once again sumehow, but i dun't know how since he got killed in part 3. Dun't know, just gotta wait and see.

I gotta admit that the part 2 kinda suck, but the 1 and 3 is hella good. Though i kinda predicted part 3 endin' though. It's still brillant!

So wot do you think? Gunna watch it? Anyone here like Saw as much as i do?

Oh, well. That's what the were saying about every sequel.

Part I = "Perhaps you enjoyed Se7en. This goes up to Ei8ght."
Part II = "Oh yes... There will be blood."
Part III = "Suffering? You haven't see anything yet..."

"Saw" was good. But when you watch it the second or third time it's lost most of it's tension. And that's because you know the clou now.
"Saw II" is a pure commercial product and wasn't very original. The unnecessary Unrated DVD was just released to make even more money of it. They didn't show nothing which they couldn't have shown in theaters. If I wouldn't have had a list of the changes I wouldn't have noticed most of them.
"Saw III" was better. I actually liked it and even bought the DVD (because it still hasn't started at the German movie theaters). I was a little disappointed in the so called "uncut version". Maybe I'm to hard-bitten but it didn't shock me as well as "TCM - The Beginning".

The serial has definitely reached a point from which it's nothing but a pure commercial product (actually it started from part two). Now they are trying as hell to hype it higher and higher. But as long as they'll make profit with it, they will keep making Saw sequels. Just think of "Halloween: Resurrection". "H20" was supposed to be the final part. But after the success they had to make "Resurrection". The plot twist at they beginning is risible. But who cares. Jigsaw died in "Saw III" but the movie made it's money and so they will create some stupid plot twist to bring him back. Who cares if it makes sense.
 
I personally think they shouldnt keep it going.. but who knows how it will turn out.
Making 3 the finale, would have worked well.

I agree, saw 3 should of been the ending i just hope saw 4 turns out well.
 
I was hoping the third would have been it. Half of the team that created the franchise said that they were done after it was released. Considering the ending the only way this can go is if we go back where he first started. Though they did leave enough clues that there is another game to play where the guy and his daughter is concerned. They would only need Tobin's voice if that is the case.

I have a feeling this next entry is going to suck the big one with out the original players on board.
 
Yeah, as soon as the producers saw the numbers for the opening weekend of Saw III they immediately greenlit part 4. Of course part 4 will do big numbers opening on Halloween again so look out for Saw 5, 6 and 7 just on the horizon...
 
I dun't mind watchin' Saw 5, 6, 7 and so on cause it's always so fun to watch.

Come to think of it, actually, Saw is nut as hardcore and disturin' as Hostel is though. Hostel's storyline sucks, but i like the way it's so hardcore and disturin' . It's glory~! Haha... :D .....................Wow!

I hope Saw will become even more hardcore. Please! :)
 
I liked all the movies, but when I was done watching #3 I said to myself "This really can't keep going on. I mean, Jesus, this movie has more twists and turns than a runway full of drag queens." :-P

I wonder how #4 will turn out.

If "Hostel" is already "hardcore" for you what are these movies (relating to their hardcore factor)?

- Braindead
- Cannibal Holocaust
- Demons
- Hellbound - Hellraiser 2
- Intruder
- L'adilà
- Maniac
- Return Of The Living Dead III
- Rosso Sangue
- The Evil Dead

"Hostel" and "Saw III" are maybe "hardcore" for mainstream audiences. But if you're used to watch "harder" stuff they can't be described as "hardcore" anymore. Than it is just mainstream.
 
Saw was the best one IMO.

Saw II was good. The kid was in the save the entire time. Good stuff. And Jigsaw did say he was in a "safe and secure place" how classic was that.

Saw III - Only saw it out of loyality but gotto say wasnt very good and perhaps should have stopped there.

Really don't see how they can keep it going but i'll wait for the trailer before i shell out again to go see it.


Still mift that i chose Saw III over Marie Antoinette that friday night back in November.

I'm curious about Hostel.
 
If you want hardcore, watch Japanese movies. Fucking sick man.

Saw 2 wasn't good in my opinion, and 3 was cool, but a little too far-fetched (Jigsaw needed to keep a LOT of variables in check to pull that one off...)

My money is that Saw 4 will be a prequel, especially since they hinted at Jiggy's backstory by showing is the blonde chick.

Still, whatever, I need my gore.
 
I love these movies soo much. They are some of the FEW horror movies that actually scare me. I personally think the best one so far is the second one.

It's a pity that films like the mentioned above aren't made anymore (or at least only a few). The unrated movies of today aren't what they used to be in the 80's or early 90's. :(
 
i think the saw movies are really overated , they are okay , but i hope they dont wreck the series by releasing sequel upon sequel
 
wooohoo i love Saw! my favourate was Saw 3! According to rumours theres meant to be at least 5! Hope thats true!
