Just out of curiosity, has anyone had any sexual experiences with a teacher either at school, or college, or maybe a sports coach? There were some hot teachers in my PE department at school who I wish I could have jumped, but unfortunately I never had the opportunity.

Nope, never. Not even a good fantasy. I guess I have never really been attracted to older guys, therefore that might explain it.

A teacher is an educated professional to mentor and teach as they prepare you for citizenship and a successful future. They are not for sex. Their interest is for your well-being. It is always an embarrassment for educators to hear stories like this.

Yea but the fantasies are fun as hell! I had a biology teacher/head football coach I used to fantasize about. I also fantasized about the Middle School baseball/softball coach..damn I could eat both of those men up!

My spanish teacher saw me at a gay club when I was 15 and started to chat me up. When he found out I was not a senior he ran for the hills. I saw him school but he avoided me. I didn't see him again till i was 27 and he hit on me and than I didn't see him again till i was 31 and he really hit on me hard that time. He's a very muscular black man but not my type in the least.

Bluedragon, sounds like he likes whitebois!

As a Secondary Education major, I hope I don't have students like you.

No. But my math teacher had a crush on me during my junior year. I thought he was fuckin hot too, and he knew i thought so. Too bad nothing ever happened! I could've got an easy A+ ;) LOL.

oh GOD.
SO many teachers I'd just... ughhh.
yeah, I have a teacher fetish. fuck whoever has a problem with that.
but no, I've never had an experience. doesn't stop me from going back to my high school now that I'm not a student there now...

actually, that is very true. I have a white boy fetish that borders on sick. lol. I did have a friend who seduced one of his students. They are both hot and about 8 years apart. they were really cute together but I was sick that the teacher would do that. It crosses the line.

Indeed.

If the student is attractive or not, it has nothing to do.

I will never do something with a student, no matter what, first there's a gap of age of 7-9 years. they are teenagers (18, 19), they have a very different way to see life. I just see trouble for me in there, so it's a big NO WAY.

Just read the title was scary to me.

It actually sounds like you have been thinking about it. Someone in your class catch your eye?

Never had an experience with a teacher, though I did have a bit of a crush on two of my Spanish teachers. Both women. One of them got married when I was halfway through HS, but it didn't really matter, I just liked being in class and talking to them and looking at them. Looking back my Algebra II teacher was kinda cute, a guy, but I didn't really know I was into guys at all back then.

Then again, when I look back at how I eyed up some of the guys at my school (all guys school, too) it makes perfect sense. Had some real hotties in my classes! Hell, I've added them on facebook so I can look at their pics!

No college professors that do it for me, not yet anyway. Just classmates. And roommates. Damn have I had a few hot roommates.

Question:

What if the relationship is more than sex? What if a professor and a student got to know each other over a couple semesters and found a true deep connection with one another? Then is it still wrong to cross the line? If so, what if they wait to be sexual with one another after the student graduates?

I would love to hear thoughts on this.

As for me.... well.... I did have a sexual relationship with a professor and it ended horribly. I'll never do it again.

But I'm more interested to hear answers to my questions above.

Your relationship with that professor ended horribly because of the deceit involved, not because it was a professor/student relationship.

Relationships that work can start from any kind of meeting between any age groups or power levels. What makes them work is authenticity and unbroken trust. You get into betrayal and secrets, talking about the other behind his back, any deceitful behavior that makes a mockery of the original "true deep connection" and feelings expressed within the relationship, and of course the results are discomfort infusing the relationship and the whole thing ending horribly.

As for the sexual element, that's the same as sex being introduced into any relationship. How it plays out is determined, in large part, by the motive for being sexual. If it's a power play or if one is being sexual in order to receive something in return, it's going to end badly. If it's an expression of affection and genuine feelings of intimacy from both sides, it will enhance the bond.

Nick's right, I think.

The reason that sex with teachers is so often problematic, the reason it's almost always taboo, and the reason it's such a common fantasy is that there's an issue of power there. This relationship isn't one between two equals, and as such, there are plenty of opportunities for power plays. These sorts of relationships - person in authority with person in subordinate position - always sound hot, but they seem to usually end up in major heartache and bad feelings all around.

I love the fantasy, too. An older wiser man, taking a young neophyte under his wings. Explaining the world to him in between rounds of mind-blowing sex. But that's why fantasies are so cool. We can focus on the wonderful potential aspects of it (indoctrinization) while ignoring the glaring problems (young guy falls for someone his age, or teacher gets caught). When we daydream about being rock stars, we think about sold-out shows and hot groupies. We don't daydream about soundcheck, another crap gig in a lousy bar, and getting dropped by the label.

Just like he laws of most states, an age distinction must be made.
High School teachers a no-no, College professors a maybe.
When teenagers, our hormones are raging and we have many more sexual fantasies. There were plenty of straight guys that dreamed about their female teachers just as we fantasied about some of our male teachers. It's the teachers responsibility to keep things at arms length.
Usually by our college years most of us have matured in many ways. If there is a unique and strong attraction between a student and professor there shoulnd't be anything wrong with it (provided it doesn't influence grades etc).
It still is the more senior persons responsibilty to make the ultimate decision (especially since his career might be at risk).

Hey... what's wrong with being a teacher in the bedroom too? In my opinion, that's what I call a well-rounded educational experience! :p
