What if he's sitting at home thinking the same thing? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. One of you is going to have to make the first move.

What does his profile say? Do you fall into his specifics or preferences? even if you don't you can still reach out and say you're just looking for friends and noticed the two of you live close to each other. What's the worst that can happen. He says he's not interested, ignores or blocks you. Than you'll know He's probably not a nice person and it wouldn't have worked any way. Give it a shot. Just be casual friendly and polite. Not some one word crap like "hey or sup" that will Def get you blocked before you even get started.

Dude, it's grindr. Say hi, you're hot. Find out what he's looking for. The worst thing that can happen is he blocks you, in which case, move on to the next guy. Or if he blocks you or maybe before that, why don't you strike up a conversation with him at the train station? That might be even better. A nice approach might be to chance upon him 10 ft away and smile and strike up a conversation. At least he knows both of you are on grindr. Of course, grindr can be ruthless sometimes. But hey take a chance. The effect is quite different in a nice way when both of you are on grinder and he's only right in front of you and both of you are messaging each other on grindr :lol:
