In my opinion trim it. But Shaving would be great if you don't have any other body hair. But be careful to avoid any discomfort. And I know a lot of people will disagree with me.
But only do what you want to do. You will find guys who will love it either way.

Definitely trim it up a bit but don't over do it. ... you look great as it is and a bit of maintenance might just make it look awesome but if you completely shave it you're going to look like a mannequin or worse if you leave all the rest of your body hair.
