Smallville is on tonight cant wait, but the only thing I dont get is there is going to be supergirl on the show now who's flying all around why cant Clark fly is he a late bloomer.

It was a great episode, and yes, Supergirl will be in this episode, but they won't meet till the second episode.

Loved tonight's episode!!! Tom Welling looked incredible (surprise, surprise). Sooo glad that Chloe's alive. Lana's alive too (another "surprise"). I hope this season kicks ass.

I really liked tonight's episode. I like the piece they did with Clark and the yellow sun. I like Lex's attempt at "redemption" because of losing Lana... and I can't wait for him to blow a gasket when she's "resurrected" from the dead. Chloe's being stubborn in not talking to Clark about her Krypto-power. Geez, get over it.

My biggest question... WHO HAS LIONEL????

I just watched tonites episode and it was ok ,but the blue and red jackets clarks had since the begining aka superman colors are getting really played out and the the one hit agaisnt a villian and its done is getting old to .I want to see a real fight hopefully this season they will make it happen.

i love the show but didn't love the opening episode. It felt a bit cheesy and I was a bit confused during the final fight scene. And than Lana had that stupid blonde wig on. My bf and I actually laughed out loud. I love Supergirl so I have faith the show will get better than this awful 1st episode. I would rather see Clark move on and them focus on Supergirl. His time in Smallville seems long and drawn out. I thought someone was leaving the show?

I thought someone was leaving also..at least thats what i've been reading from the other Smallville fansites hmmm..i think somebody will be gone soon maybe closer to the holidays we'll lose somebody.

Tonight was much better. Good to see they stuck to the real Supergirl's history. But that Lana clone thing was ridiculous.

I thought tonights show was alot better but lately the shows story line is moving to fast and it makes it kind of wack . I just wish they have Clark wear normal clothes that red shit and blue jacket OMG please stop it .As far as super girl why cant she go and talk to her father also and why cant clark fly ??

i kinda wished lana stayed dead, but it was obvious she lived.. at least 2 me it was.

Of course. It was more obvious to me that Lana had to live, because she survives into Clark/Superman's adult mythos. Chloe on the other hand, had me going. Wasn't sure what was going to happen for her; In fact, Chloe was meant to die a long time ago, but clearly she has a lot more fans like you out there, which kept her around. I don't expect her to be left alive when the series concludes, however. She will ultimately be replaced as a fixture in Clark's life by Lois.

I totally loved last night's episode. I kinda liked the woman playing Supergirl/Kara. And michael Cassidy guess starred (so hot--but how dare he diss my girl Chloe like that?!). I am really interested in seeing how this season plays out.

No Lana faked her death. The Mail truck... that drove by just before the jeep blew up probably took her, there was no Lana clone.

What's this Lana Clone business?
I mean the whole baby thing, I doubt was to clone Lana, it probably has more to do with 'meteor freaks' or other things. But a Lana Clone? What?

I guess you missed last nights episode cause it explained in detail how Lana found her dead clone and placed it in the jeep while she got in the mail truck. They kinda pulled that clone buisness out of their asses. But getting back to Supergirl I liked how she tried to fight Clark and he grabbed her boots. She's so close to being in costume. Now if they stick to the comic book that that crystal would have directed her to kill baby Kal-el.

"Kara" was definitely a step up from the season premiere. I loved hearing more of Krypton's history (and more importantly some of the House of El's secrets). I'm interested to see how she fits in to the Smallville mythos, and I really, really, REALLY hope they don't shoehorn a relationship between her and Lex just because Lex always needs a female in his life.

I'm super-interested in the role the government is going to play this season. This is definitely a step up. We can only depend on Lex (and sometimes Lionel) to be evil and deceptive for just a little while until it becomes a joke.

The new Daily Planet editor... loud mouth, brash, and cute --> I'm interested to see where this goes. As he was introduced I wondered... WHERE IS JIMMY??? He's in the opening credits but has been MIA for the first two episodes.

With this season, I do want Clark to actually experience real life. Not everything in Smallville/Metropolis is an emergency. Dare to even have an episode be featured in another city... visit some friends in Central City ;-).

I hope this season continues to improve... just don't give us any crazy Halloween focused episodes and we'll be OK.
