I am neither a pot smoker or a doctor. However, why don't you quit smoking pot for a while??? Also, see a doctor - starting smoking pot at 13 perhaps has had some adverse effects.
I have smoked to the extent of almost puking from it once. It was absolutely terrible. I would advice you to be more careful with smoking too often. It might very well be better for you to smoke pot than to be drinking, health wise. But as I see it, smoking much pot is likely to make you more asocial - if you overdo it. As I see it, the way that pot works makes you more into the high itself, rather than into interacting with others.
As for the puking, I think you should just smoke less when you're smoking. And perhaps take a break. I have been at events (rock festivals), where you smoke everyday for a week, and I don't like how my head works afterwards. My mind feels all fuzzy and unclear, and a good break really helps to clear the mind. Nowadays, I prefer to smoke very little. A couple of times per six months or so.

I have been smoking pot for years and it has never made me puke. It seems odd, because many cancer patients smoke pot to combat nausea. Do you only puke after you smoke pot or at other times also? It could be that you are developing an allergic reaction to pot. I'd say if it's making you sick stop doing it.

Marijuana is known to suppress nausea, so it is very unusual for someone to experience vomiting after smoking pot.
It's probably as good a reason to stop as any. However, if you continue to have weight loss and vomiting after not smoking it for a few days, then you must see your doctor.
As for the pot smoking. . . you shouldn't be smoking anything. It's bad for your lungs- like smoking an unfiltered cigarette.

I don't think a doctor in the world would prescribe marijuana to help someone lose weight, it's prescribed for people with loss of appetite to help them gain weight.
Perhaps he'll be one of those few who are immune to "the munchies".
