Snow Patrol - Eden

Last night I saw SNOW PATROL in concert at the Eden Project in St. Austell, Cornwall - They were excellent, the set mainly consisted of their latest CD - "Eyes Open". For me the highlight was their perfomance of "Run" and "Chocolate".
The lead singer Gary Lightbody put his heart and soul into the show, and was cute on the eye.

Are there any other Snow Patrol fans out there? If so what do you make of their latest CD?

I bought "Final Straw" back in the spring of 2004 and fell in love with this band Immediately.
Run, Grazed Knees, Chocolate, & How 2 B Dead in that order are my favs!

Upon the release of "Eyes Open" I thought....how can it top their last album????

It surpassed it even!
Shut Your Eyes, Chasing Cars, You'e All I Have, Hands Open, &
You Could Be Happy are my fav tracks on this one!

'Set fire to the third bar' and 'Run' are my two favourite Snow Patrol Songs. I would have enjoyed the concert. You lucky bastard

When I heard the whole album, Eyes Open, instantly I became a fan. Even more so when they mentioned Sufjan Stevens. I think they are coming in town (Seattle) and I will definitely go see them.

Yup, Run is still my absolute favourite, but I was pleasantly surprised with the Eyes Open album The more I listen, the more I like it. Chasing Cars is my fav of the new album

run is their only good song imo...

I agree that it is their best single - but a lot of their other tracks are close runners

I love Snow Patrol......one of my favourite bands at the moment.

LOVE Snow Patrol. I discovered their music while watching the finale of Grey's Anatomy where they played the song "Chasing Cars" and I instantly fell in love. Not too long after I bought both their most recent cd's and I loved them. Then not too long after that I bought their two previous cd's and they were just as amazing. It's rare to find a band or artist that I love so much I buy all their cd's, and it happened with Snow Patrol.

Snow Patrol rocks. I really want to see them live, I'm glad you got the opportunity.

Ironically, I was listening to Run just as I came across this thread. ;D I like most of their tracks, although Run, Chocolate, and Grazed Knees are a little bit above the rest for me, at least for the moment.
