I realized today that it has been almost 3 months since I have poste anything on Zuckerberg's failed Meta platform...although I do still go through and block 99% of all the 'Pages Suggested For You' ....I can only think that I am typical of the FB occasional viewer.

For those who use/used FB...what is your current engagement?
 
I use it - but mainly to keep on on a few cousins and friends from college.

Never check any of the "suggested for you" pages.
 
I only ever used social media so that I can have access to hos' pics and petty online bickering, reason why I have been more or less truly active mainly on X... although I haven't posted much in the past few weeks.
 
I use it (not very often) to check on some groups, or learn about upcoming events
 
I can't remember which phone number I used to create an account, or where I wrote down my password. And I don't care.

It was a rather sad business last I visited.

Some people I know aren't honest about their current situations, and others seem to go on holidays only to have pictures to post on line. All pretending life is glorious. All trying to live vicariously through pets, children and grandchildren.

Practically all Faceboogers seem to be able to communicate only via memes and likes, these days. Not idle chitchat, zero chitchat.

Dull. Very sad.
 
I mostly use facebook because i'm in a few groups and i keep in touch with people. I just hate how its filled with scams and the suggested groups/pages that appear on my news feed is annoying as hell.

Theres people who don't say anything to me but send me tons and tons of reels/videos a day i don't know how people sit there and watch short videos all day long.
 
I've never used Facebook, or any of those 'social media' things.

I only really use JUB, Reddit, and YouTube; but 99% of stuff posted on those is of no interest to me.
