I was too hasty and decided to hook up with a male stranger staying in the same hotel on my overseas trip.

- We had body to body/cock to cock contact, both of us were leaking tons of precum
- Lots of touching and playing but not sure if there were exchange of fluids
- No ejaculation, no anal, no blowjob (thankfully)
- I did touch his ass a few times

The next day my balls had a strange tingling annoying sensation, then my urethra opening became red. Small red bumps appeared on the opening, noticed my balls were kinda red and swollen. I went to my local GP, gave me Doxycycline and a broad spectrum antibiotic cream to apply, situation did not improve. Decided to check into a government sponsored STD clinic. Did a fungi smear and result was negative. Doctor said it was balanitis and brushed it off as "penis ezcema" and only gave moisturizer. Decided to go for a chlamydia/gonorrhea PCR test which will take 2 weeks for results.

I stopped applying the cream and red spots started to appear around my penis head. Used it yesterday and the spots disappeared but not the spots on the urethra opening. It's still red and the tingling sensations in my balls still there. Now I'm waiting for the PCR test.

As much as I would like to blame myself for being so naive, just a half an hour encounter and I have to suffer for weeks from an unknown condition. I don't even know what I'm suffering from, does anyone have any insight into this? Most of the STD's are usually ulcers or lesions, and the STD doctor said it wasn't herpes (phew?). There is nothing about red spots which aren't itchy, could it be a bacterial infection. The risk of getting HIV is close to impossible but I'm still going for the test a month later just to be safe.

While I don't want to come across as someone who says you overreact, isn't it possible that your symptoms are psychosomatic?
Extreeme fear and paranoia may produce symptoms like that, however since only your penis has theese symptoms it is quite unlikely...

I would say it's either an allergic reaction, or syphillis...

I do not have any sores. The redness are just bumps and patches

I do not think your "symptoms" are related. I do not believe any medical condition would cause your balls to have a strange, tingling the next day. The urethra is usually red. I think your fear is causing you to think normal conditions are a disease.

This definitely sounds like an allergic reaction, or maybe herpes (but you said it's not herpes).
Are you mentally okay?

The std doctor said it wasnt because herpes symptoms are white pimple like lesions whereas mines just red flat spots. Its been 2 weeks since the incident and havent seen any white lesions so fingers crossed.

The tingling sensations do happen occassionally more of a prickly sensation.

The most IMPORTANT thing is that You're getting it checked out, and not just through a single source! Keep that UP (maybe pun intended), until you find out what's Actually going on! ..|

It's amazing how LOTS of Guys would just let it go, see what happens, and not seek Help from the outset! #-o

Though I'm certainly NO Expert, nor anywhere Near a Medical Professional, what You're describing, it's onset and evolution, sounds like an allergic reaction, or, maybe, a Bacterial infection. Those can be treated. \:/

The Good news is, it Doesn't sound like it's possibly Virile, at least not from the encounter that you've described. Viruses can NOT be treated, only supressed! [-X ](*,)

Whatever the case may be, DO continue to seek answers. And, please, keep "Us" posted. Not from a "perv" point of interest, but because we're Sincerely Concerned, and the discovery of the outcome could prove Informative to many others. I think it's Quite AWESOME that You are willing to share this! (group)

Wishing YOU the Best of Everything! And, of course ... and, don't take this as lightly, nor as trite, as it might sound ... No Matter What ...

Keep Smilin'!! (*8*)
Chaz :luv:

I think it's a detergent allergy.

I honestly doubt so. In a weeks' time the results will tell. Hopefully I rather get something that is known and curable than something which the doctor cannot identify but is making my dick all red and ugly.

Some updates, the redness subside by itself and everything looks kinda normal. STD results were negative, so I presume that it was some bacteria infection that (hopefully) got cleared up. Still gonna take the syphilis/HIV test despite the doctor saying that the risk were low.
