I was too hasty and decided to hook up with a male stranger staying in the same hotel on my overseas trip.
- We had body to body/cock to cock contact, both of us were leaking tons of precum
- Lots of touching and playing but not sure if there were exchange of fluids
- No ejaculation, no anal, no blowjob (thankfully)
- I did touch his ass a few times
The next day my balls had a strange tingling annoying sensation, then my urethra opening became red. Small red bumps appeared on the opening, noticed my balls were kinda red and swollen. I went to my local GP, gave me Doxycycline and a broad spectrum antibiotic cream to apply, situation did not improve. Decided to check into a government sponsored STD clinic. Did a fungi smear and result was negative. Doctor said it was balanitis and brushed it off as "penis ezcema" and only gave moisturizer. Decided to go for a chlamydia/gonorrhea PCR test which will take 2 weeks for results.
I stopped applying the cream and red spots started to appear around my penis head. Used it yesterday and the spots disappeared but not the spots on the urethra opening. It's still red and the tingling sensations in my balls still there. Now I'm waiting for the PCR test.
As much as I would like to blame myself for being so naive, just a half an hour encounter and I have to suffer for weeks from an unknown condition. I don't even know what I'm suffering from, does anyone have any insight into this? Most of the STD's are usually ulcers or lesions, and the STD doctor said it wasn't herpes (phew?). There is nothing about red spots which aren't itchy, could it be a bacterial infection. The risk of getting HIV is close to impossible but I'm still going for the test a month later just to be safe.
