Jeez.

That I pressed 'Send' more than 100,000 times since 2005?

Just seems like yesterday, as I was crawling out of despair after my parents died and and then a friend died tragically that I tripped over JUB.

And since then have ripped out 18 years of deeply thought through/barely thought through posts and threads.

A well wasted life.

And thanks for all the nonsense and fun and advice and troll posts along the way.

Now onto the next 100K.

Milestone threads were once a thing here. They should yet be.

Congratulations on your, er, big one.

My combined count from my several incarnations (serial) only reaches about half that, but I think it has been a similar span.

My friend is realtor in Key West,. he has a saying on the graphic on his cars, "Time is Precious, waste it wisely".

Congrats on your JUB milestone, I for one am glad you found us in your time of need..

I am not sure that it calls for congratulations, but I appreciate the thought.

I am though, fascinated by the notion of the time that each post likely took...and the fact that I don't regret a moment of the time spent.

As I have said before, living on a farm, in the country...even with an incredibly connected life to Toronto and other cities in North America in real time, JUB is always like the neighbourhood bar where I meet up with friends and strangers.
