Maybe try some vaseline.... Petroleum Jelly. And I'd say you have to leave your cock alone for a few days. Even the head. Getting a hard dick may make the sore not heal as quckily. A hard penis may make it worse. Should only take three days man.
Could you might consider boxer shorts for a few days too. They are much looser and may not cause the rubbing to be so harsh.
